The CPS610 is an ultra-small, high-precision semiconductor pressure sensor designed for differential pressure measurement. It is ideal for applications in the medical, industrial control, and white goods sectors. Packaged in a JEDEC standard SOIC-16 form with vertical dual air nozzles and barbs, it facilitates easy installation and use. The sensor features an I2C interface and employs a unique algorithm for multi-order temperature compensation. Factory calibration and customizable pressure and temperature ranges make the CPS610 a flexible solution compliant with RoHS standards.
