The CMF9000 Series digital type gas mass flowmeters are designed for precise measurement and control of gas flows. With a nominal diameter of 8 mm, these flowmeters can handle a wide range of maximum flow specifications from 20 to 300 SLPM. They are built using microelectromechanical system (MEMS) flow sensing technology, which ensures high sensitivity, reliability, and stability. The unique packaging technology enhances performance and cost-effectiveness.
The flowmeters are equipped with a high-precision digital processing and calibration circuit (MCU) that includes an integrated Δ-ΣA/D converter. This ensures real-time signal collection, accurate flow measurement, and internal compensation algorithms, eliminating the need for external calibration. The friendly digital output communication mode makes integration and data retrieval straightforward.
