The CMF5012 combines an MEMS flow sensing unit with high-precision digital processing and calibration circuits (MCU). It integrates a Δ-Σ A/D converter, logic circuit with internal calibration functions, and MCU processor to ensure real-time, accurate signal acquisition and flow measurement. This integration eliminates the need for external calibration compensation, ensuring high-precision flow output.
