The MFC900 series, a digital gas quality controller, is made using microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) flow sensing chips and is suitable for measuring clean, relatively dry small flow gases and process control for various purposes. Its unique packaging technology enables the product to meet different ranges of flow measurement, ensuring high sensitivity, reliability, stability, and low cost. The MFC900 series is composed of MEMS flow sensing units and high-precision digital processing and calibration circuits (MCU) The integrated Δ - ∑ A/D converter, logic circuit with internal calibration function, MCU processor, and display unit module jointly ensure the real-time and effective acquisition of sensing signals, obtain accurate flow signals, and perform corresponding compensation algorithm processing internally. The testing principle of the flowmeter determines that no external calibration compensation is needed to ensure high-precision flow output; A friendly digital output communication method, users can easily use digital communication to obtain corresponding rich data information; The product has a wide range of applications.
